This weekend will give you the opportunity to look deeply within at soul memories, to explore subconscious belief systems, which may have slowed down or blocked you from becoming totally healthy and consciously aware of your "at onement" with The Creator. You will also experience how to open windows and doors within your awareness, for healing and creating your highest good.

The weekend is Small, Simple, and Sacred with opportunity for each individual to receive feedback, coaching, and hands on healing. This retreat provides a safe, loving environment that encourages peaceful, introspective and compassionate participation in the group process. Each retreat is uniquely tailored to the needs of those present and spirit never fails to provide pleasant surprises that create a rich learning experience.

Reverend Penny Donovan, D.D. is a medium who has been using her gifts since childhood. She studied under Rev. Edith Sandy Wendling and was ordained in 1960 at John Carlson Memorial Institute in Buffalo, NY. In 1964, Penny founded Trinity Temple of the Holy Spirit Church in Albany, NY, where she served as the pastor for thirty years.

In November 1994, she began devoting he time to her writing and the Gabriel Fellowship, an organization she formed to spread The Teachings of Archangel Gabriel, whom she channeled from 1987 - 1999. Since1999, Penny's very active schedule includes advanced spiritual coaching classes, extensive writing about her spiritual experiences, and teaching weekend retreats with Don Gilbert for in-depth spiritual healing. www.gabrielfellowship.org.

Don Gilbert, M.S.W. is a teacher, therapist and healer who lives and practices in Albany, NY. He maintains a private practice as a licensed clinical social worker, co-facilitates a spiritual discussion group and collaborates with Reverend Penny Donovan to provide weekend retreats for deep spiritual healing.

Don has integrated his training as a therapist with his many years of spiritual study and practice. Following a miraculous recovery from brain surgery in 1998, he retired as chairperson and professor of Criminal Justice at Hudson Valley Community College to focus on his spiritual therapeutic practice. www.gabrielfellowship.org.
